1. Localizer
   • 3 plane
   • Repeat in ref if needed to move heart to isocenter, then repeat in ref and delete all but final loc
2. Pseudo-SA
   • Perpindicular to long axis Loc
3. 4ch CINE
   • 3PT at pseudo-SA RV free wall, LV free wall, apex from loc
   • Avoid the aortic valve
4. 2ch CINE
   • 3PT at pseudo-SA LV anterior wall, LV inferior wall, from previous CINE
5. 3ch CINE
   • 3PT at pseudo-SA aortic valve, pseudo-SA opposite point to AoV, apex from previous CINE
6. LVOT CINE
   • Perpendicular to 3ch CINE
7. Aortic Valve CINE
   • Slice thickness 5 mm
   • Peripindicular to LVOT through the AoV
8. SA CINE Stack
   • Perpindicular to 4 chamber. Stack at 10 mm intervals to cover the entire left ventricle
9. Axial HASTE
   • Free breathing, include the entire aortic arch to diaphragm
10. Axial SSFP
    • Free breathing, include the entire aortic arch to diaphragm
11. Aortic Valve Phase Contrast
    • Copy image location from AoV CINE
