== Summary of Findings == The following should be included in the summary of findings: * All findings related study indication * Left ventricular size, function, EF, regionality, diastolic function * Right ventricular size and function * Pulmonary pressure and assessment * Atrial enlargement mild or more * Valve stenosis or regurgitaiton mild or more * Valve morphologic abnormality (eg. calcification, thickening) moderate or more * Agitated saline study if performed * Pericardial effusion of mild or more * Any abnormal cardiac mass
