This should only be used as a followup. * Image enhancer should be agitated prior to entering the room. This is to avoid re-entering the room. * If the patient is on ECMO, the perfusionist MUST BE NOTIFIED before image enhancer is given == Images == - Parasternal long axis view - 4 chamber RV optimized view. This view is extremely important and effort should be made to optimize this view. * If this view is not clear, echo contrast should be used. - Tricuspid valve color Doppler in 4 chamber view - Tricuspid valve continuous wave Doppler - 4 chamber standard 2D view - 2 chamber standard 2D view - 3 chamber standard 2D view - Subcostal view for IVC
